Terms & Conditions of Cubik Loyalty Program

1. Cubik customers are eligible to register with "CUBIK LOYALTY PROGRAME", subject to approval of Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd .
2. Details given for registration is considered as correct information.
3. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd will use member details for different sales promotions, including and not limited to use postal address, e mail, telephone numbers etc.
4. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd reserve the right to add, registered members to Whats App group, SMS alerts, e flyer and other digital & printed promotion schemes.
5. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd reserve the right to decide number of points for each purchase.
6. Points earned from one transaction cannot add to more than one member for any reason.
7. Points earned cannot transfer from one member to another member/s.
8. The earned points can claim by gifts decided by Cubik & not allow to settle with invoice payment, use for item purchase or encash.
9. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd reserve the right to decide the type of gift & it will change time by time without notice.
10. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd shall not responsible to replace or repair any damage or loss of gift items & does not apply warranty.
11. Gifts cannot exchange , consolidate or return back, encash for any reason
12. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd shall not arrange delivery of gifts
13. Cubik Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd reserve the right to add, change of terms & conditions of Cubik Loyalty program, time to time without inform to members or third party.
14. Final decision on Cubik Loyalty card program is on sole discretion of Cubik Engineering Co (Pvt) Ltd and cannot challenge by verbally, writing, social media, legally , or any other means.
15. This Loyalty program may be change or terminate without prior notice to the customer.
16. You are accepting all terms and conditions of Cubik Loyalty card system by accepting membership number.
